Due to the current situation, we wanted to keep you informed of the measures we have taken to work through this difficult time.
As an online retailer we have in place the systems and procedures for remote working so there should be no interruption of service on the online store.
Our logistics partner are still safely processing our orders and are able to dispatch them with in 3-5 days of receipt. As soon as the order has been dispatched you will receive a 'shipped Status' update email and thereafter the delivery provider will send tracking information via order mobile nbr or email address given.
If you require a faster service, please email us and we will do our best to get your order delivered as soon as we can.
For customers self-isolating, instructions can be left in the comments box at the checkout page should you wish us to leave your delivery in a safe place and/or cannot come to the door.
