Where can I see your collection ?
We have a studio (visiting by appointment please) in London (NW6).
How long will it take for my order to dispatch ?
All pieces are held in stock in London (unless marked as out of stock), we endeavour to get your order out with in 5 working days of receipt, if you require your order sooner please ask and we will do our very best for you.
What is your returns policy ?
We have a no quibbles returns policy and will give a full refund of goods if for any reason you wish to return your purchase, as long as we are notified within 14 days of receipt and item is returned in original packaging. Please send return items to :

Do you ship to an overseas address ?
Yes, we serve overseas clients, please contact us for shipping arrangements and pricing quotes.
We will price according to size, weight of shipment and destination.
For orders outside the European Union how do we reclaim the sales tax (VAT) ?
Sales tax of 20% is included in the prices displayed. For orders that are being dispatched to locations outside the EU, we will deduct the sales tax at source. If purchase has been made and paid via the website we will arrange this refund manually - it usually helps with the postage costs!
How much are your P+P costs?
We have a low starting rate P+P at £2.95 for orders upto £50, and £4.95 for orders between £51 and £195 and then FREE there after.

Are tracking details available for my order ?
Yes. We use Royal Mail (2nd class) with tracking for orders under £50 and for all others we use a signed for courier service from FedEX or DPD. Your order status as can be viewed if you log back into your account or can email us with your order number. If you have any special instructions where to leave your order if not available to sign for then please note it in your order comments or can email us.
